Our Team
Casondra guides others to reconnect with the ancient rhythms of nature—the seasons, the moon cycles, the patterns of growth and rest that the natural world has been showing us all along.
Her own path to this work wasn’t gentle. She spent years in the shadow of addiction before a wake-up call changed everything. When she chose to return to life, the world looked completely different. Colors were brighter. Her breath felt like medicine. Everything that hadn’t made sense before suddenly clicked into place.
Nature became her guide and teacher. She found yoga and learned to move with rhythms she’d been resisting her whole life. During her first teacher training in Bali, her instructor Megan Mulrine introduced her to komorebi—the concept that would become central to everything she does. It gave language to what she’d lived: that light and dark aren’t opposites but companions, creating the depth, mystery, and peace that comes from embracing both.
Today, Casondra’s work invites people to trust nature’s wisdom, to sit with what surfaces, and to discover the transformation that happens when we stop resisting and start listening—usually with some laughter, adventure, and unforgettable sunrises and sunsets along the way.

Sonja HurLey
Yoga has been part of Sonja’s life for 25 years—though like the ebbs and flows of nature, not always consistent. A few years ago, a chronic shoulder injury forced her to pause and rethink how she was moving through the world. That detour led her back to yoga, first for physical healing, then into the deeper philosophical and spiritual aspects of the practice that completely changed everything.
She’s studied in both India and Bali, two places rich in yoga history and wisdom, and those experiences shaped how she teaches today.
For Sonja, it’s all about balance. Being on the mat and in your body. Getting a good sweat in when it’s time to honor the physical. Creating space to just breathe and be. She lives for those moments when someone connects with themselves and the universal energy, even if just for a split second. If that happens? She’s done her job.
Her classes are accessible, grounded, and real—whether you’ve been practicing for decades or you’re stepping on the mat for the first time, you’re a yogi. You just have to breathe (and maybe laugh at yourself a little). Sonja creates space where creativity meets structure, movement meets stillness, sweat meets soul, and everyone belongs exactly as they are.
