Zion Yoga
Retreat
Springdale, Utah
April 30 - May 3, 2026
Sacred Ground, Ancient Wisdom.
Our retreat unfolds on land within Zion National Park that holds deep cultural significance, with traces of indigenous presence spanning over 12,000 years. The property, known as True North, still holds their presence—petroglyphs carved into stone and pottery fragments buried in desert sand remind us that this place has always been a sanctuary.
Perched a mile high on a secluded 10-acre mesa, True North offers complete immersion in Zion’s breathtaking wilderness. With the national park and its wildlife as your only neighbors, you’ll have unparalleled views of iconic formations like Tabernacle Dome, Lamb’s Knoll, and Cave Valley.
Wander contemplative paths to hidden meditation spots, rest in hammocks, walk the sacred Medicine Wheel, or find your perch on the cliffside overlooking Smith Mesa. Under star-filled skies at 6,000 feet—far from artificial light—you’ll experience the cosmos as our ancestors did. With world-renowned Zion trails right from your doorstep and three patios for yoga practice, this sanctuary offers the perfect blend of adventure and tranquility-and maybe the best sleep of your life.
Your Days Will Flow Between Movement and Stillness.
Mornings start with energizing vinyasa yoga as the sun lights up Zion’s red rock towers. Then it’s time for adventure—hiking through slot canyons, maybe some rappelling if you’re feeling bold. Evenings bring it back down with yin yoga and restorative practices that melt away whatever the day kicked up.
We’ll weave in rituals that open you up: ceremonial cacao, ecstatic dance (yes, you’ll dance like nobody’s watching because nobody is judging), guided meditations, sound baths, and a full moon ceremony under those incredible dark skies. Nights around the fire are where the magic happens—deep conversations, unexpected laughter, and the kind of connections that stick with you long after you leave. And the food? Our chef handles everything, so all you have to do is show up hungry.
Here’s the thing: all practices and excursions are optional. Want to push yourself on every trail? Do it. Want to spend an afternoon reading in a hammock? Perfect. Come solo, come with a friend—either way, you’ll leave with a whole crew of people who get it.
At the heart of it all is authentic connection—with this ancient land, with kindred spirits, and with the truest version of yourself.
This is where your komorebi moment begins—in the dappled light of red rock canyons, surrounded by people who crave the same depth you do.
